From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'CitrusGrove started with an ambition to share true Neapolitan pizza with Manchester. Established by the Rossi lineage in 1985, our little family-owned pizzeria began with cherished recipes passed through generations.
Marco Rossi, our originator, mastered pizza crafting during her Italian odyssey, particularly from experts in Naples, the pizza's homeland. Upon her return to the UK, her mission became to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, emphasizing age-old techniques and select ingredients.
Our humble 12-seater pizza shop has since expanded into a community favorite, yet our devotion to excellence and authenticity endures. We persist in using classic wood-fired ovens, crafting our dough from scratch daily, and seeking out the finest produce available.
To this day, 'CitrusGrove remains under the stewardship of the Rossi household, now with the second generation at the helm. While we've welcomed new technologies, the essence of our enterprise—making delectable, genuine pizza that unites folks—hasn't changed.
