Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any costs before it goes into the preparation stage. Please reach out to us immediately at +44 161 834 7655 if you wish to cancel your order. Orders that have already been prepared or are out for delivery cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with the food you receive from CitrusGrove, our Refund Policy is as follows:
- If your order is incorrect or incomplete upon arrival, please contact us within 2 hours of receipt. We will either correct the order or offer you a refund for the missing or incorrect item(s).
- If the food you've received is not up to our high standards in terms of quality and fresh taste - be it a pizza, pasta, or non-alcoholic beverage - you should contact us immediately. We will require a description and photo evidence of the issue to process a potential refund.
- Deliveries that arrive later than 30 minutes after the estimated delivery time may be eligible for a refund on the delivery charge only.
Please note that taste preferences or slight deviations from the product descriptions on the citrusgrove.sbs are not grounds for a refund or exchange.
